At Glam Life Ltd, we strive to provide timely and accurate shipping services to our customers. While we do our best to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, occasionally, there may be a discrepancy in stock availability, and we may not be able to fulfill all items in your order at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to determine whether you prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would like us to process a refund.
Shipping Costs
Our shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. The cost of shipping will be collected with your purchase, and this will be the final price for the shipping cost to you.
Returns
Returns Due To Change Of Mind
We accept returns due to a change of mind, as long as you request to return the item within 30 days of receipt of the item. The item must be returned to us in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense, and you will need to arrange the shipping. Once we receive and accept the return, refunds will be processed to store credit for future purchases. Please note that we will refund the value of the goods returned, but we will not refund the value of any shipping paid.
Warranty Returns
For warranty returns, we will happily honor any valid warranty claims provided that a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of the item. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, and we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for the warranty claim, we will process your warranty claim within seven days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
Delivery Terms
Transit Time Domestically
Our domestic shipments usually take between 2-7 days in transit.
Transit time Internationally
international shipments typically take between 4-22 days in transit, depending on the courier selected during checkout.
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within two business days of payment of the order. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.
Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact us before the order is dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping
Please note that Glam Life Ltd ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only, and we are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
Items Out of Stock
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time of your order exceeds the forecasted time, please contact us immediately so that we can conduct an investigation
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link that will enable them to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find that a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for next steps.

Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Glam Life Ltd encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Glam Life Ltd at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
